At the beginning, „people like us”was exactly the reason for which we decided to start our own human resources consulting company. The people that encouraged us were actually those who liked us because they knew us, had worked with us for years and convinced us that we could bring a new fresh approach in this field, and especially in recruiting and selection.
Then, we talk about “people like us” because we help our clients to meet people like us: passionate about what they do, careful, open-minded, and, last but not least, efficient and result oriented.
It is important that we bring in each company people that will fit and identify with the company's organizational culture. Why?
